I have a friend who raises goats and every spring his goats have babies. Let me just say that goat babies are extremely cute. They love to be held and will fall asleep in your arms. They also love to hop around as if they had springs on their feet. I honestly can't think of anything more adorable.
Saturday I went out to the farm to see the baby goats with a couple of my friends. Here are some pictures
one of the mothers almost died giving birth to these two little boys. She's still pretty weak so the babies have to be bottle fed. Don't worry, she's doing much better now.
most of the babies are around 2 weeks old. There's still one more mama goat that hasn't had her baby yet. I think we will go back out there when she's had it so we can see just how tiny and cute a newborn baby goat is.
